Frequently Asked Questions
- The easiest way to book is through our online scheduler, where you can view real-time availability. If you aren't sure which appointment to choose, text our office at 360-338-7720 and we'll help you find the right visit.
- You can cancel or reschedule through the patient portal or by texting our office. We kindly ask for at least 24 hours' notice whenever possible. Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours' notice are subject to a $50 late cancellation fee.
- Yes — we do our best to accommodate same-day and urgent appointments whenever the schedule allows. Text us describing your concern and we'll respond as quickly as possible.
- Yes. Suite B is reachable by both stairs and elevator, with the entrance behind the building through the glass door between the large planters.
