Membership overview
Timeless Skin – Modern Medicine is a month-to-month aesthetic membership offered by Storm Wellness Northwest. Membership is intended to support a personalized care plan; it is not a promise or guarantee of any particular treatment or result.
Monthly payment and Timeless Reserve
Membership is $99 per month. Each successful monthly payment is credited in full to your personal Timeless Reserve. The Timeless Reserve is not a bank or savings account, does not earn interest, is non-transferable, and has no cash value. It cannot be redeemed for cash or transferred to another person.
Purchased Reserve funds do not expire or lose value through inactivity. If you cancel your membership, your available Reserve remains available for eligible services and products, subject to these terms.
Eligible services and products
Your Timeless Reserve may be applied toward eligible aesthetic services and products offered by Storm Wellness Northwest. Eligibility may change as services and products change. All treatments require an appropriate consultation and remain subject to clinical judgment, safety considerations, and individual candidacy. Membership does not guarantee access to a specific treatment.
If an eligible service or product costs more than your available Timeless Reserve, your Reserve is applied toward the purchase and you are responsible for the remaining balance at the visit.
Active-member pricing
While membership is active and current, members receive 10% off eligible aesthetic services and 20% off NEOCUTIS medical-grade skincare. Member pricing is applied first, followed by any available Timeless Reserve applied toward the remaining balance. Some services, products, packages, promotions, or special offers may be excluded or restricted.
Xperience+ Rewards Program
Active members may access the Xperience+ Rewards Program, subject to program eligibility, terms, and available offers. Xperience+ is a third-party program. Its eligibility requirements, terms, rewards, and available offers are determined by Xperience+ and may change independently of Storm Wellness Northwest.
Billing and payment authorization
Membership requires a valid payment method on file and authorization for recurring monthly charges. Membership benefits are available only while payments are current. A declined or unsuccessful payment may pause active-member pricing and other active-member benefits until the account is brought current. Payment authorization details are provided at enrollment.
Cancellation
You may cancel at any time by contacting Storm Wellness Northwest. Cancellation stops future recurring membership charges after the cancellation is processed. Monthly payments already charged are not prorated or refunded and remain in your Timeless Reserve, subject to these terms. Active-member pricing and other active-member benefits end when the membership is no longer active.
Changes to the membership
Storm Wellness Northwest may update membership pricing, benefits, eligible services or products, or these terms. Any changes apply prospectively and will be communicated as required. Continuing the membership after an update takes effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
