Renee Storm founded Storm Wellness Northwest to deliver the kind of care she'd want for herself and the people she loves—unhurried, evidence-based, and free of shame or diet-culture noise. Her practice spans metabolic and hormone health as well as aesthetic medicine, where she provides injectable and regenerative treatments with an emphasis on natural, individualized results. She sees patients in person at the Salmon Creek office and virtually throughout Oregon and Washington.

Vincent is a Doctor of Nursing Practice and one of the relatively small number of nurse practitioners who have earned the Dermatology Certified Nurse Practitioner (DCNP) credential, a specialty certification recognizing advanced expertise in dermatology. He has spent more than a decade caring for patients in both medical and cosmetic dermatology, treating everything from acne and psoriasis to skin cancer screenings and aesthetic procedures.

Before joining our practice, Vincent cared for patients at several respected dermatology organizations, including the Obagi Skin Health Institute, and later served in national medical affairs with Merz Aesthetics, collaborating with clinicians throughout the Pacific Northwest. He is also an author for Dermatology Times, where he writes about dermatology education and patient care.

Ashley Shawcroft, RN, brings more than 10 years of nursing experience to her work in aesthetics. With a background in emergency nursing, she is exceptionally comfortable with hands-on patient care and procedures—experience that translates naturally to the precision, confidence, and attention to detail required in aesthetic medicine.

Ashley is passionate about aesthetics, with a particular love for skin health. Her own experience with acne and hyperpigmentation gives her a personal understanding of how frustrating skin concerns can be—and how meaningful it can feel to finally have a thoughtful plan.

She enjoys working with patients managing acne, pigmentation, texture, and signs of aging, as well as those who simply want to preserve the health and appearance of their skin as they age.
