Strength & Core Health

Move better. Leak less. Feel stronger.

Core to Floor combines EmSella and EmSculpt NEO to strengthen the muscles that support your bladder, posture, balance, and everyday movement. The result isn't just a stronger core—it's a stronger foundation for life.

Strength You Can Measure

The number on the scale doesn’t tell the whole story. Using our medical-grade SECA body composition analysis, we can measure skeletal muscle, body fat, visceral fat, and other indicators of metabolic health before, throughout and following your treatment to monitor your progress.

For many patients, preserving or building muscle is just as important as reducing body fat. Tracking body composition helps us focus on what matters most: becoming stronger, healthier, and more resilient—not simply lighter.

Built for real life

This isn’t about chasing six-pack abs. It’s about restoring strength that supports how you move, lift, laugh, exercise, recover, and age.

Healthy aging

Muscle is one of the strongest predictors of healthy aging.

Core to Floor — Why We Pair Them

Pelvic-floor weakness rarely shows up alone. Bladder leaks, low-back pain, postural strain, and core disconnection usually travel together — which is why we love combining Emsella with EmSculpt NEO on the abdomen. Treating the pelvic floor and deep core in the same plan delivers stronger, more functional results than either one alone: better continence, better posture, better strength for the life you actually live.

Emsella — Pelvic Floor, Fully Clothed

Emsella uses High-Intensity Focused Electromagnetic energy (HIFEM) to trigger over 11,000 supramaximal pelvic-floor contractions in a single 30-minute session — the equivalent of thousands of perfectly executed Kegels, done while you sit fully clothed and scroll your phone. Most patients feel a difference after 1–2 sessions; a full series is six sessions over three weeks.

  • Stress, urge, and mixed urinary incontinence
  • Postpartum recovery and pelvic reconnection
  • Perimenopause and menopause-related changes
  • Men's pelvic-floor health, including post-prostate and ED support
  • Sexual wellness — tone, circulation, and sensation

EmSculpt NEO — Build Muscle, Burn Fat

EmSculpt NEO pairs HIFEM+ with radiofrequency to do two things at once: build muscle and reduce fat. In 30 minutes you get the equivalent of 20,000 crunches or squats — a supramaximal contraction stronger than anything you can produce voluntarily — while RF gently heats the fat layer to ~42–45°C, triggering apoptosis and a roughly 30% average fat reduction in the treated area. The clinical protocol is four sessions over two weeks.

  • Abdomen — deep core strength, posture, diastasis-recti support
  • Glutes — pelvic alignment, hip stability, athletic performance
  • Thighs — knee and hip support, fall prevention, mobility
  • Arms — biceps and triceps for everyday lifting and carrying
  • Calves — balance, gait, and ankle stability

What does stronger actually feel like?

Patients often tell us they notice:

  • Standing from the floor more easily
  • Better posture
  • Less low-back fatigue
  • Feeling steadier while walking
  • Carrying groceries with less effort
  • Greater confidence exercising
  • Fewer bladder leaks
  • Better intimacy
  • More confidence in their body

Frequently asked

Good questions.

Does Emsella really work for leaking?+
For most patients, yes — especially stress incontinence. A typical course is six 30-minute sessions over three weeks, and most people notice fewer leaks and better control after just 1–2 sessions. You stay fully clothed the entire time.
Who is Emsella for?+
New (and not-so-new) moms, women in perimenopause or menopause, athletes with pelvic fatigue or instability, men with bladder-control or post-prostate concerns, and anyone who leaks when they laugh, sneeze, cough, or jump.
Who shouldn't use Emsella?+
Patients with a pacemaker, defibrillator, copper IUD, hip replacement, or other metal or electronic implant in or near the pelvis; anyone pregnant or actively trying to conceive; and patients with a history of pelvic cancer or severe pelvic-organ prolapse (case by case). We screen all of this at your free consult.
What does EmSculpt NEO feel like?+
Like an intense workout while lying down — strong, rhythmic muscle contractions plus a gentle warming sensation from the radiofrequency, similar to a hot stone massage. Most patients describe it as 'weird but not painful.'
How many sessions do I need?+
EmSculpt NEO: four 30-minute sessions over about two weeks, with optional quarterly or annual maintenance. Emsella: six 30-minute sessions, either twice a week for three weeks (most popular) or once a week for six weeks.
Will EmSculpt NEO replace the gym?+
No — it's a powerful complement, not a replacement. It's especially useful when traditional workouts aren't enough or aren't an option: postpartum, post-injury, during GLP-1 weight loss (to preserve lean mass), or when joint pain limits high-impact training.
Who shouldn't use EmSculpt NEO?+
Patients with implanted electronic devices (pacemakers, defibrillators, neurostimulators), metal implants in or near the treatment area, severe cardiovascular or neurological conditions not yet cleared, or who are pregnant.
How soon will I see results?+
Most patients feel stronger within 1–2 sessions. Visible body-composition changes from EmSculpt NEO typically appear 2–4 weeks after the final session and continue improving for several weeks as the muscle rebuilds.
What does it cost?+
Emsella treatment starts at $1,995 for a six-session series, with maintenance sessions available after completing the initial treatment. EmSculpt NEO pricing varies based on the treatment area and number of sessions, and many patients choose to combine both as part of our Core to Floor program for comprehensive core and pelvic floor strengthening. During your complimentary consultation, we'll discuss your goals, recommend the treatment plan that's right for you—whether that's Emsella, EmSculpt NEO, or both—and provide transparent pricing. We also offer package pricing, membership savings, and in-house payment plans to help make treatment more accessible.
Why don’t more people know about Emsella?+
Pelvic-floor problems are incredibly common but rarely discussed. Many people assume bladder leaks, urgency, or weakening muscles are simply part of aging or having children. They aren’t always—and there are non-surgical treatment options available.
